Product Care

Our products are designed with a significant-sized natural stone and each is set on 925 sterling silver.

Silver jewelry requires maintenance using a cleaner and a soft cloth, followed by rinsing in warm water and carefully drying it to prevent tarnish. However, natural stones can be damaged by abrasive cleaning solutions and proper care when cleaning is required so as to not allow the cleaning solution to touch the stone.

We recommend using dish soap, water and a brush (toothbrushes are the best for this job as they are gentle and fit small crevices of the jewellery design). Then you can follow up with a soft cloth and pat it dry with a towel. Following the proper cleaning process and care will ensure your jewel will remain beautiful for years to come!  

Shipping

We ship our products for free anywhere within Canada. A tracking number is issued so you can track your package and a signature will be required when it arrives.

Additional charges may be applied (calculated at checkout) for shipping anywhere else in the world.
